First, Eden's driver came to my home mere hours after a furniture delivery company did the same. Despite me repeatedly explaining that the furniture delivery company was able to deliver in a similar sized truck or bigger, Eden insisted their delivery required a shuttle and I was required to pay $400 cash.

Second, I involved the Better Business Bureau to assist in resolution. Immediately upon receipt of the complaint, Kristin Hogan offered me a refund of the $400, which I accepted. After acceptance, Kristin explained I'd have to sign a settlement agreement before the refund could be processed. I refused. After my refusal, Kristin explained that the operations team needed to further investigate the claim before a refund could be processed. Kristin did not mention any sort of investigation being needed until I refused to sign. After no further response for 9 days, I emailed Kristin only to be told that the offer to settle has been rescinded.

Third, one of their employees sent me a text after 11pm asking me on a date. The text was about an hour after he left my home. As a single woman who lives alone, I found it extremely off putting for the mover who knows where I live, just left my home at 10pm and only has my personal cell number due to services rendered, to text me for a date. An hour later, and only after I didn't respond, the employee sent another message claiming the original date message was "an error". When I mentioned it to Kristin, she immediately took the side of the employee, claiming it was an "error".

Finally, they broke my property.

Advice to all movers..count your inventory list twice! Eden's Moving was a terrible experience that starts the moment you commit. The salesperson did a good job of swindling me into using them by giving me a quote substantially lower than what I ended up paying. On the day of the move they showed up, told me I had more boxes than they expected (two) and next thing you know I'm handing over $600 in order for us to continue with the move. The reason it's so much more is because they base it on a range, not on individual boxes. The two boxes took into the next range.
Almost EVERYONE who is in my position ends up paying the additional charge because what are you going to do? Schedule your move a couple weeks later? That's how long it takes to line up another mover. They showed up at the destination two days later than expected. The movers were fast getting items into my apartment and even faster leaving..I took a look around and a large book case was missing. I called them when they were a couple blocks away and they told me they had nothing else in their truck. The inventory list had my bookcase listed as a dresser (same as my tv stand) and this cleverly placed discrepency cost me a piece of furniture I had to pay to replace..so that's another chunk of money out the window. I opened a large wardrobe box and found a broken side table. The table was in there alone but the movers threw two small but heavy boxes on top of it and SNAP, my table came out of a box in five pieces. I also have a list of smaller kitchen items missing so I believe another box is missing. During my move they had to change from one truck to another so obviously they left the book case and box in a truck and some stranger is the lucky owner. I take responsibility for not being more thurough with the inventory list but frankly, had they not listed a bookcase as a dresser, that wouldn't have been an issue. How my small studio of furniture cost $2100 to move regardless of the $1500 quote is not an accident. This company gives you a small quote, gets you to commit and then shakes you for additional charges. They have had cases against them by the Better Business Bureau. That says it all.    .

Those guys are super professional, fast, efficient, and very friendly. I didn’t use their packing services because my wife wanted to pack and git rid of some stuff but they were extremely careful with moving my stuff and took only 9 hours to complete the job for a three-bedroom house. They carefully wrapped everything that looked delicate and did not come close to breaking or even scratching anything. This was the best moving experience I've ever had, and I highly recommend using their services. Thank you guys.

I used their moving services moving from Berkely CA to Boulder CO beacuse I got accepted to University of Colorado in Boulder. The office reps were super helpful, and they took care of all the arrangements. The guys came on time and in uniform, and everything was loaded onto the truck and and secured within a couple hours. They move quickly and don't waste time on the clock. The company was awesome for been able to squeeze me in with I think a short notice for a one bedroom apartment move. I felt 100% comfortable from the first phone call through to when they finished the job. I highly recommend them and very happy for the great moving experience that I got!

I hired them for a local move in highland's and they did a great job. The teams they sent for the packing and loading were friendly and professional. They came on time and worked super-fast then transferred it to my new address unload and unpacked everything, reassemble our beds and dining room table even better than it was before the move.. As appose to the stories I heard before the move about moving companies (even you), Nothing got broken, no damage to our old house nor our new house the move was perfect. No complaints just a big thank you. Not planning on moving soon but when I will I will call you to schedule for sure.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $2250

Probably the only things that company was good in were cheap pricing and timeliness of delivery. I would not rely on them for anything else. Their movers at packing end and delivering end did not understand english (written or spoken). So it doesn't make a difference it you wrote fragile/china/handle with care on some of the boxes. Your stuff will reach you in pieces, except for pillows and heavy furniture items which no one could break anyway, even if they tried. They lost one of my ottomans even though it was numbered with furniture. The mover gave m his written word that he will get thar couriered once he goes back to their hub in Kansas city. Since then, I have called the company too, who say they will try, but I haven't heard back anything. The actual agent 'Keri' who actually talked to me everytime before the move, is never available after the move. She doesn't answer my emails or phone calls. All in all, 5 of my cups of china and 2 china bowls are broken into pieces, other than scratches/damages on rest of them.  I am still giving them 2 stars for their pricing and timeliness of delivery. They did not charge me alot higher than originally promised (except for around 100 bucks). However, I would not recommend these movers to a friend.

Do not use Eden's Moving.  I moved from Denver to the Bay Area.  I have missing boxes and many of my moving furnishing came damaged.  In addition, they ignore you if you claim damages.  You have to keep calling and calling.  I told my friends who were moving after I did to stay away from this company.
During the pick-up move, they damaged the wall.  I called about 7-10 times, but never got a response back.  In the end, I ended up giving up because the person who bought our house wasn't bringing up the issue.
During the moving delivery, the company they hired at my new house was unprofessional and took forever taking constant breaks.  In the end, even though we bought the full packing and delivery services, all my family members had to help to move because it was getting to be like 7pm.
Overall, I do not recommend using this company for moving.

Eden's Moving Services movers were on time with tons of energy and good vibes, friendly, worked hard and fast while taking good care of our things and even helped me repack two of my boxes that were not packed very well. It made a stressful day very enjoyable and easy. Great communication from the the first call. I Will absolutely hire them again and already recommend them to my sister in-law that had to move too two weeks after we did and she had the same excellent experience. Thank you edens for everything!

I moved around many times with work, but this is the first time I hired Eden's moving services. The movers did an outstanding job and were the best that I have ever dealt with.

I highly recommend using their moving services. I also strongly recommend to follow their packing guidelines and to get the right insurance for your move. It was refreshing to learn how they offer all the information up front and try to help you have a smooth damage free move as appose to companies that tells you after how it's not their fault that your favorite mug broke.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $790

We have moved all over the world and this was by far the worst moving experience. It started to go bad right after the contract was signed and turned into a complete nightmare in the end. Here are just a few of the low-lights.

- We received 2 inaccurate estimates from 2 of Eden's estimators (missing items, 2 different long-distance measurements, added unnecessary wardrobe boxes & dish packs, used different prices for packing material).
- Jerked around by the 2nd estimator (Shakar) on re-estimate window. He moved the window twice and never called us. We had to call him when he missed each window.
- Foreman (Miguel) on the pick-up (in CA) wanted a "pay-off" for doing the right thing on the agreed price. He then got angry when he and his team didn't get a tip. It felt like a "shake down".
- We were charged for Carrier Pack materials that were either never used or were packed so poorly that the items arrived broken. The best example is packing our 55" TV in a picture box with 2 pieces of paper (no blankets, bubble wrap - nothing). We paid extra for the Carrier Pack materials expecting a professional mover to know how to pack these items. It was almost as if they did it on purpose since we wouldn't pay them off. Total incompetence on the part of the foreman (Miguel) and his team.
- Upon arrival, the 55" TV was damage beyond repair, our 2 floor lamps were destroyed, and the TV stand had a chuck taken out of the side. And, we paid extra for these to be carrier packed!!
- Even the foreman (Benedict) on the unloading side commented that this was the worst pack he had ever seen and took pictures himself.
- After notifying customer service (Gary), we got the run around for 2 more weeks and then received on insulting offer of $125 and a comment that stuff breaks and his explanation was that "accidents happen and our movers are human".

I cannot believe that the BBB can give Eden's Moving Services an A+ rating. This company is the worst run company that I've ever come across. The movers aren't trained, the foreman and estimators are unethical, customer service is horrific, and the owners don't take accountability for their company's mistakes/bad behavior.

Throughout this entire nightmare, we always had to chase Eden's and we only got excuses why it was so difficult to get any information from them. You would have thought that one of the owners would have reached out to us given everything that happened - radio silence from them.

Please do yourself a favor and don't let Eden's move your stuff. Don't be tempted by the low price like we were. You will pay for it in the end because you will have to replace all the stuff they break, and you will have a horrific experience.

One reason I gave my business to Eden's was because they are a small family business and I like supporting small businesses. Well Eden's give small family businesses a bad name. The owners of Eden's should be ashamed of the poor way that they conduct business. I have no doubt that Eden's will not be in business very much longer and the few employees that they have left should run for the hills. To the owners of Eden's, just remember that karma is a b__.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4641

Leaving this review until the claims process is wrapped up and Eden’s has a chance to make things right.
One thing to note about my move – I called and received quotes from 6 different movers and, despite Eden’s being the second highest, went with them because it appeared they had solid reviews (though I now doubt the legitimacy on the majority of the generic 5 star reviews, which I’m investigating for other people who will be moving with my company).
Quote: About $2000 after the first call and then $2600 after I called back to confirm boxes and update my inventory.
Actual: $3500
Damaged items:
1) Antique painting (The wrapping came off and all corners were exposed and damaged)
2) Antique end table (The METAL brackets were snapped off and bent out of place)
3) 2 Custom Wood Stand Up Paddleboards @ $1800 a piece (These were crushed in places clear through the fiberglass)
4) Broken Fishing rods (these weren’t wrapped at all)
5) Several Paintings scuffed (all my paintings minus 2 were thrown in the same box by the movers)
6) Professional racing bike (I watched the mover rip off the speedometer when loading the bike. The bike was never wrapped, and the gears were bent in during the move, basically making it unrideable)
7) Framed Mirror (the frame was shattered in several places)
8) Antique Lane Cedar chest (the finish/siding was ripped off)
9) Antique writers’ desk (two of the wooden legs were ripped clean off)
10) Antique spotlight (metal bent and warped in from being poorly wrapped with other items and being crushed during the move)
11) Metal wardrobe rack (the metal tubing was crushed and bent)
12) Bed frame (wheels to the bedframe missing)
13) Brand new Dryer (dryer knob missing)
There was a lot more items that were damaged in boxes (ceramic vases, glass cups/bowls, etc) but I only included items that were wrapped by Eden’s and damaged either due to poor wrapping, being crushed due to improper loading or simply being thrown from the vehicle when moving the items into storage.
On delivery, the movers said this was the second worse move they’ve experienced (which is especially concerning considering this was a simple one-bedroom apartment move…). The movers themselves were appalled with how much damage I received and wrote down all of the damaged items, the reason behind the damage (poor packing from Eden’s) and signed the doc because they mentioned the claims process is very hard and, if you don’t have some sort of evidence that the damage was due Negligence (i.e., Eden’s movers improperly packing the items or physically throwing them when moving in and out of storage), you typically get screwed. After delivering all the damaged goods, the movers then stayed in my apartment and discussed how much time they saved me for moving my items and requested I give each of them a tip.
After the move, I called and emailed several times before someone finally talked with me about the move. When we were on the phone it became apparent the person had not viewed any of the pictures I had sent and was unaware of the extent of the damage. During the phone call this person became frustrated and ultimately punted me to the claims process and said they might be able to add a small % of on top of the claims (which would likely equate to less than $100 since they cover by weight and not the value of your items). The Eden’s folks did not offer to come inspect, fix or replace any of the damaged items, even though I had the signed document stating the damage was as a result of them not packing things correctly.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3500

We used Edens moving service to move from Colorado to Florida and my tv was broke, every single lamp was smashed, my sons box spring was completely missing and my dads Harley was damaged with almost 9700 worth of work. Most of our boxes were smashed. Do not use this company! They also do not replace anything they broke unless you have receipts for everything and photos have to be submitted by mail and they only give you .60 cents per pound which would equal to next to nothing.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $21500

Overall, our experience was a really good one.  The only negative thing I can think of was they came earlier to pack than we had hoped, but they did give us a 5 day window but I had hoped they would come later than they did.  So, technically they came early within that window.    The 2 movers, Roger and Tony, were very courteous, friendly and helpful.  The only thing damaged in the entire move was a dining room chair and a lamp shade.  We are in the process of filing a claim on the chair.   The cost of the move was more than we first thought, but we ended up taking a lot more stuff than we originally told them, so that was not their fault.  The 2 movers did everything they could to accommodate us with all the extra stuff.   They delivered exactly when they said they would.  After reading a lot of reviews about a lot of companies, we were expecting a lot worse, so this was a pleasant surprise.   I would recommend them.  The only other negative was we lived in Wyoming and they were out of Denver, so there was no one that came to look at what was to be moved and that is probably why the first estimate was so low.  But under not circumstances did we feel like the price went up because they were trying to just make more money.  We knew it was because we had a lot more stuff.

Service cost: $5900

  I contracted Edens Moving Service to move my personal belongings from Wyoming to Colorado. This included a full packing of the personal belongings. During the 3 day window that they needed I was contacted by their driver, stating that he would be onsite by 9 am the following day to start the move. At 9 am the following day, the driver called to say he wouldn’t be there until 5 pm. When the driver arrived, he was alone. When I asked where his help was he responded that he would find some at the local truck stop. He spent the rest of the night packing up our items. I arrived at the house at 7 am the next day to find the driver there with a temporary worker that lasted approx. 2 hours. At this point I assembled a crew of mine to load the trailer. At the pace Edens was moving, by my estimate it would have taken 4 days to pack and load the trailer, and we were closing on the house in 2 days. During the day Edens lone worker packed items while my crew loaded the trailer. There were several extremely heavy items that had to be loaded (industrial toolboxes and a gun safe). While loading the gun safe onto the trailer the ramps (designed to hold the weight of a car) collapsed. For the remainder of the loading process we had to walk up the ramps that were in splinters, blocked up by various household items. At some point the Edens driver moved the grill from the back deck to the front through the living room, spilling the grease trap from one end of the room to the other. The Eden’s driver wrapped a standing jewelry box in a shipping blanket and slid it down the stairs. The remainder of the move, several people found loose stones and jewelry laying throughout the house and moving truck.  By the end of the 1st 14 hour day with 7 men we were approx. 75% complete. The following day, Eden’s driver and I loaded the last of the items. Eden’s finally pulling out of WY @5 pm. All total Eden’s was onsite in Wyoming 3 days. I was told it would take no more than a day and a half. During the load, the Driver presented me with an estimate for the move. I let him know I would be contesting the bill and for certainly expected them to cut it and reimburse me for the carpet cleaning for the spilled grease. My wife also communicated this to the salesperson on the phone. While my belongings were in transit I spoke with their manager about my disappointment. I agreed to a reduced price and communicated that I expected them to reimburse me for the carpet cleaning. When Edens arrived in Colorado they wanted payment in full for their services. I paid them that amount less the cleaning bill. At this point the foreman called the home office. The woman on the phone demanded to know why I short paid them. I explained the carpet cleaning at which point she became irate. I will admit I was absolutely at the end of my rope as well. I vented on her about the horrible service and she hung up. We finished the day moving the items back into the house. During the unpacking we found several items that had been damaged during the move. The Edens foreman documented the damage and we moved on. When we tried to file a claim for the damaged items Edens Manager told us that they would not allow us to file a claim since we didn’t pay the full price for our move. I would estimate the total damage to my property somewhere in the $1,000-$2,000 range. This experience with Edens could not have gone worse. Arrived late, Without enough competent help, Damaged my property, Takes no responsibility.  .

Cost thousands over quote. Unprofessional. Driver was rude, office doesn't return calls or emails. Lots of my stuff was missing or broken. Driver late to pick up and didn't have anyone to help unload truck. My boyfriend had to unload it. Didn't give 24 hours notice, but charged extra because he had to wait an hour?..He showed up on a Sunday morning wanting cash, before anything was open. Wouldn't drive down our road, had to pay for a haul truck and transfer load. Even though large water trucks for fracking have no problem. Lots of hidden fees. Charge for tape, bulk items, credit card fee, transfer fee of $400. It's been 6 months later, still no check from insurance company on missing items. It would have been cheaper if I left everything behind and bought it all new.

This is a Great company, I have Moved from CA to PA Back on December, Tom was really Helpful setting everything up for me.. Got my items within 2 weeks as promised, their Driver Benedict Helped me set up everything in my new Philly apartment..The price was not the lowest but competitive, Its my 6th time moving and had bad experience from few companies in the past, so you can imagine the stress I was in! so happy I used this company, they made the extra effort for me and will use again for sure..

My experience with this company could have had a happy ending, but after receiving my boxes.. Items worth over $1300 were taken from several boxes over the span of 16 days. boxes were re-packed so that you don't notice. Money cannot replace the feeling of your things stolen and that someone went through your underwear and personal belongings. Very very disappointed with this company that has thieves working for them. I need other things moved, but will NEVER use this company ever again.

DO NOT USE Eden's unless you want surly, rude, careless, unprofessional, zero service packers and zero customer service afterward. This was a HORRIBLE company to work with. The packers worked hard but kept asking "take??" as if they didn't want to pack. They were surly and very rude as the day wore on. Customer service is non-existent with answers of "we don't do that" for almost everything. Want your boxes picked up after the move? FORGET IT "we don't do that" will be your answer. The people who moved us in were very good because they were a local, southern hospitality type of crew, but they did smoke a lot and some of our stuff smells of cigarettes.

Overall, this was a horrible experience and still is a month and a half after the the fact. They claimed they wouldn't break anything.. WRONG!! So many things were broken or damaged and their laughable $.60 a pound replacement isn't worth the spit to say it. They broke a tv, an antique table, countless bins, dishes, vacuum cleaner, just to name a few things right off the bat.

They use an extreme, needless amount of tape on EVERYTHING - they tape DIRECTLY on wood and other items - ruining finishes. Then they have the audacity to charge you $4.00 a roll of tape on top!!

If you like you items LITERALLY thrown into a TALL wardrobe box with ZERO care and ZERO protection, breaking things in the box- use them. Otherwise, AVOID EDEN'S MOVING - THEY ARE AWFUL!! HORRIBLE, horrible experience. NEVER again will I use this surly, lack of service, lack of care, company again. If they come calling.. RUN.. RuN as fast as you can!!

They will be charming until you sign on the line, then all bets are off.

Get EVERYTHING in writing especially when they tell you things you want to hear when you are tired. They WILL NOT honor anything not in writing and I hesitate to bet they will even honor things in writing.

RUN RUN RUN away from them!! Liars, cheats, rude, careless, amateur movers. WORST EVER!!

Service cost: $15000

We received a phone call from the driver, MIKE ROSENFELD from Eden's Movers, informing us that he would be arriving in Boston to deliver our property the next day between 8am and 12pm. The next at 11am, we received a call from the driver informing us that he was running late and would not be able to arrive until 2pm. By 3pm, we still had not heard from him, so we called his cell phone, at which point he said he would not be able to make it to our apartment until 4pm. He finally arrived at 4:30pm. The driver (Mike Rosenfeld) had promised us multiple times that he would have four movers coming to help unload everything, but only two ever showed up. The second mover didn’t arrive until 5:30pm, which is when they started to move things in.

The two movers that did show up did not seem to have any prior relationship with the driver and seemed to have been randomly hired cheap labor. They appeared to have little to no moving experience (one of them said “I’ve moved myself so I know what to do”), and were extremely unprofessional. They were also painfully slow. They took much longer to move our belongings than they should have, and on multiple occasions were only carrying one small object at a time and generally being very inefficient. By the time they left, it was 10:30pm, and they hadn’t even fully completed their obligations. They were so slow that by 9pm or 9:30pm I felt it necessary to move items myself along with them in order to try to speed the process up.

The movers were also incredibly incompetent during the move, causing a lot of damage to our apartment. This damage includes several scratches, dents, and marks made to the walls, floors, doors, and doorframes, including a 10-12 inch scratch across our front door. There are numerous scratches on the real hard wood floors in our apartment that are between 3 and 9 inches in length. The many scratches on the walls are anywhere from 4 to 12 inches in length. The circumferences of the dents are around 2 to 4 inches. We rent our apartment and the damage will likely be very costly to repair. We also witnessed them on multiple occasions drop boxes (damaging them) or furniture, including our TV (twice). So far we’ve found a few items with damage, including a slow cooker and a floor lamp, and will likely find more as we continue to unpack. Additionally, they were very loud while moving us, even late into the night, and there were several complaints from our neighbors.

As mentioned, by the time the movers and driver left, they had still not completed all of their obligations. They did not bother to put furniture back together that had been taken apart (per our contract), such as bikes, lamps and TVs, even though the contract stated that all unassembled items would be reassembled. They also did not remove any of the cardboard boxes or trash that they created when unpacking furniture in order to recover the blankets used to protect them, leaving mounds of trash in our apartment. They didn’t even fully unpack and collect all of said blankets, as there is still a chair that is wrapped in one of them.

We also had quite a few problems with the driver himself. He was very dishonest with us throughout the process, and I got the impression on multiple occasions that he was trying to get as much money out of us as he could. Also, when the driver arrived, he asked repeatedly how we were planning on paying, and every time we said we planned to pay with a post office money order, he would try to convince us to pay in cash instead.

After the move was almost over, there were still two boxes that had not been accounted for. The driver tried to assure me that they must be there and that he counted all the boxes before hand and knew everything was there. When it came time to sign the moving documents, I brought up the fact that two boxes were unaccounted for on the documents, but he told me it didn’t matter and he demanded that I sign the documents anyway. At this point, I was fearful that he would stop moving our furniture into the apartment if I didn’t sign the documents and I had no choice but to give in to his demands.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BEWARE: HORRIBLE COMPANY
If I could give this company a negative stars I would. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever had the experience of working with.
First I was PROMISED my move estimate would not increase. When they came to do my in home estimate which they said over the phone they couldn't do until 3 weeks before but when the assessor arrived he informed me it could have been booked 2 months prior. There were so many items he asked me about that over the phone was never discussed. Fans, garbage cans, yoga mats. These are not typical items I would bring up when someone asks me what furniture I own and they didn't ask about them or mention them. These items caused my price to increase by 300.00 which I was then informed I should be glad it didn't double and they weren't doing it day of. So I should be glad that their service isn't worse. Oh lucky me.

I am then frustrated by this experience and I leave a review online that just talks about my frustration but doesn't even say they are a bad company to work with.

Then then call me and cancel my move saying they will no longer move me--3 weeks before my move. Then we come to an agreement if I take my review down and we start from square one they will move me.

But then they send me a form to sign for them to move me which is me giving up all my rights and gives them the ability to sue me.

Furthermore, all events and actions leading up to this agreement, including the terms and conditions of this agreement are to remain confidential and no further claims, complaints, statements or other action may be taken or reported to any State, city, government, insurance, consumer group, public, media organization, Internet website or credit card agency.
Furthermore, failure to comply by violating the terms of this agreement, the signer accepts full responsibility to reimburse/pay for all costs associated to damages occurred; including recovery of all monies, costs, legal & court fees, as well as from any/all other losses associated.
Any/all addendum's, changes, edits, must be pre-approved only by ownership of Eden's Moving Services. Any fraud or forgery executed or associated with this agreement, Eden's reserves the right to prosecute to the full extend of the law, within jurisdictions of both customer(s) and Eden's Moving Services.
I, the undersigned, fully understand that this document becomes effective upon the affixing of my signature below. At that time this document shall become effective including all the terms and conditions contained within.
Which they then proceed to give me legal advice on what this document means--which not what it says. They are saying it means lets start from a clean slate--they have already broken promises and blamed it on me. No way I am signing something this or should anyone ever do that.

When I find new movers because I am so disgusted by their service they blame it on me saying that I should have done a better job telling them what I had and that I was asking for more so I shouldn't be upset. Their response when I ask about my deposit getting returned and their process is as fast as humanly possible. Which is not an answer and super rude.

The Denver housing market is so hot that we managed to sell our 3 bedroom house in less than 10 days on the market! We were stuck in a bind because we didn’t find a home in Los Angeles by the time of closing on our home. We contacted several moving companies in Denver but the storage rates were anywhere from $1,000 to $2,500 per month which couldn’t afford. Our last phone call was to Eden’s moving and I’m glad we didn’t give up. They provided us with a month of storage for free which allowed us to fly to Los Angeles and find a new home. The service they provided was excellent from A to Z and we thank them very much for making it a stress less move for us. There were minor damages to our belongings such as a few plates that broke and a mirror. After contacting their customer service, Gary was nice enough to mail us a gift card for $50 to replace the broken items. Overall we were very pleased with the service they provided and would recommend using them.

These guys are awesome! My family and I moved last week from San Francisco CA to Sarasota FL. We used Eden’s moving services for our two bedroom apartment move and we are very happy we did. Miguel, the estimator, was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. The packers did an excellent job packing everything fast and very professionally. They were Fast - we got our belongings after ten days; Reliable - they kept us updated on everything before and during the process; And careful with our goods – we only got couple plates broken, and they were so nice they already sent us $25 gift card to replace them. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
